"A school is not built with bricks alone — it is built with the trust of every family that walks through its gates, and it is that trust we have worked to earn since 1987."
It has been my privilege to watch Bal Jyoti Public School grow from its early years into an institution that thousands of families in Ghaziabad have trusted with their children's education. When we started this journey, our goal was simple: to build a school that treats every child's future as seriously as their own parents do.
Nearly four decades on, that goal has not changed. What has grown is our responsibility — to keep pace with a changing world while holding firmly to the values of discipline, respect and integrity that have always defined us. We continue to invest in our teachers, our campus and our systems so that every child who studies here leaves not just well-educated, but well-prepared for life.
I extend my gratitude to our parents, teachers and staff for being partners in this mission, and I warmly welcome every new family considering Bal Jyoti for their child's education.

"Every child who enters our classrooms carries a different spark. Our work as educators is simply to make sure that spark is never dimmed."
As Director, I see my role as ensuring that the promise our school makes to every family — of quality education, a safe environment and genuine care — is delivered in the classroom, every single day. Under the CBSE curriculum, we work to strike a balance between academic rigour and the room every child needs to explore art, sport, and their own curiosity.
We are equally focused on our teachers, because a school is only as strong as the people teaching in it. We invest in their growth, encourage collaborative planning, and back them with the facilities and support they need to do their best work in the classroom.
My door is always open to parents and students alike. I believe the strongest schools are built on honest, ongoing conversation between the people raising a child and the people educating them, and I look forward to that partnership with every family that joins us.
